The extra 8.15 acres is surveyed and recorded & has not been given a parcel number by Greene Co. The electronic gate off of FR 255 is not part of the acreage but there is an additional gate provided farther to the north on FR 255 which will allow a new owner access to the home via the 8 acres. The road has not been cut along the tree line but is easily driven over firm ground that is very easy to traverse and comes into the 5 acre parent parcel at the gate adjacent to the shed. GPS, depending on your starting point, may bring you to the electronic gate on FR 255. FR 253 historically mapped all the way to FR 255 but has not been that way for many years. Go around to FR 134 which is farther to the north and west for the entry to FR 253. There is buried fiber optic cable along FR 255 which could be taken to the home via the 8 acre parcel.
